NRB started operating from June 2008 with a vision to become ‘The most favored supplier to its customers’.

The core value of NRB is ’Honesty and Fairness’ in all their interactions, which results in a ‘win – win’ situation for all and is a cornerstone for a long term business relationship.

Purpose

The purpose of establishing NRB was to provide design facilities, service and quality products as a one stop shop.

What Makes NRB Unique? 

In a short time, NRB’s success is reflected by the following milestones.  

• It exports 100% of its production.
• It has designed a fitting from drawing stage to production.
• It has helped change the design of some fittings and this has resulted in the defects being reduced by >99%.
• It has the technical know how to design and produce fittings, customized as per the requirements of our customers.

Over the next two years NRB will focus on the under mentioned areas.

• Cut the ‘design to production’ time by 50%.
• Enhance our reputation as a reliable supplier of quality products, dispatched ‘On Time & In Full’ from the first shipment. 
• Increase availability lower customer inventories by using ‘Theory Of Constraint’ & ‘Lean’ principles.

Organisation

NRB’s team consists of two co-owners.

• One is an engineer in charge of design and consistent quality with 15 years of experience in his field.
• The other has consistently and successfully implemented ‘Theory Of Constraints’ & ‘Lean’ principles throughout the company, with 25 years experience in this field. He has also worked in the largest ‘Motion Control’ company in the world where he implemented ‘Lean’ principles in areas of customer service and production.
